    Preventive Maintenance: Revisited

The below is a post that I did in August of 2009…but think that we need to revisit it.  The more I meet with churches and review their Facilities Management processes, the more I am convinced that most do not fully grasp the need for preventive maintenance…and how it can save them money in the long run.  Frankly, if we are focused on long term ministry implementation, then our facilities will need to be prepared to service us for the long term as well.  OK…I will get off my soap box…enjoy the followingsoapbox 190x200 Preventive Maintenance: Revisited

    Web-based Solutions

In today’s ever changing world, ministries are looking for web based solutions to help them become more efficient in their operations and systems while at the same time reducing the need for costly hardware and software. In addition, organizations are seeking solutions that are easy to use and do not require an Information Technology degree to operate.

    Facilities Management Solutions

Maintenance and repair issues arise with EVERY building…regardless of age. We believe that God holds each of us responsible and accountable for what we do and how we steward every resource entrusted to us…this obviously includes our ministry facilities.

To address these issues we have developed several FACILITY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS:

      windows Facilities Management Solutions

    • Facility Assessments and Life Cycle Evaluation
    • Facility Management Consulting
      • Are we being efficient and effective?
      • Are we utilizing “best practices”?
      • How do we get started with a “proactive program”?
      • How do we budget and benchmark operational costs?
      • What should we do to be more “GREEN”
