Do your facilities meet CODE? The 3 “other” Codes.

I am a weird duck…most of you who know me would agree (but not so quickly, please).  I love to work with churches at a 30,000 foot “visioning” level, and yet I am very detailed and process driven.  There have been times when I would100 3535 06product 150x150 Do your facilities meet CODE? Another One Bites The Dust – 3 Lessons to Learn

This week I was doing a site inspection for one of my clients,  Elevation Church, when I was informed that the Elevation Blakeney 200x132 Another One Bites The Dust 3 Lessons to Learn contractor that build the Elevation Blakeney Campus (a new $9M facility in Charlotte, NC) was closing their doors.  This is/was a large commercial general contractor….performing ten’s of millions of dollars of good quality construction each year.  This was not a contractor doing shabby work…or functioning in a fraudulent manner.  They did very good work…had a solid reputation and had done a very good job on the construction of this new facility.  This was somewhat shocking…and yet not completely.
